Videos must meet the following criteria:
- Tell us who you are
- Submitted in .mov/ .mp4 file formats
- Between 1-2 Minutes (Except for the IEEE Student Branch Best Practices category which has a five minute time limit)
- Recorded horizontally with a headset microphone or computer built-in microphone
- Be submitted using a supported browser (Safari, Chrome\Firefox)

Submissions for this category will be considered for an archive of IEEE Student Branch project best practices. If you would like to be considered for this, please follow these guidelines:
• Your submission should be a video less than 5 minutes in length
• The video can be a combination of video clips and/or images
• Outline what the project was and its stakeholders (audience, resource persons, partners, etc.)
• Highlight the impact made
• In your opinion, why do you think the project was a success? What best practices contributed to that? Highlight them in your video
• Add the names of your team member(s) in the “Description” field of the submission form
