Elephants getting killed due to train collisions is a common problem in Sri Lanka occurred due to railway tracks getting in the way of mostly wild elephants.
The solution is re-structuring of sensors that can detect elephants, processing systems to analyze the signals received and communication devices to receive signals from system. The sensors inform the nearby train, and the processed signal indicates the vicinity to the driver.
We can save both human lives and wild life, and travel comfortably. We could save the costs, time and energy of building bridges or implementing other necessary alternative ways by this solution.
